3. Do PERCU shears come with a warranty?

Yes! All shears and razor handles come with a lifetime warranty against manufacturer defects. Other products, like accessories and the Percu Air Duster, carry a 1-year warranty. Please note that warranties are valid only in the country of purchase.

4. Is there a fee for warranty service?

Yes, a $24.95 processing fee applies to warranty claims. This covers two-way shipping and handling. If your claim is approved, we will repair or replace your item at no additional cost.

6. What is your return policy?

We offer a 15-day money-back guarantee on items returned in original condition. Between 16–30 days, items may be exchanged for store credit. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.

Orders within the U.S. are typically delivered in 3–7 business days. International shipping times may vary depending on your local distributor.

8. Can I use PERCU scissors if I’m left-handed?

Yes! We offer left-handed professional hair cutting scissors designed specifically to provide comfort and control for left-handed stylists.
