Order Processing Times
- Orders are processed within 1 – 2 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding some US holidays).
- Orders placed after 4:00 PM EST are processed the next business day.
- You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order ships.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Rates are calculated at checkout based on destination, weight, and carrier option selected.
- United States: Standard delivery typically 2 - 7 business days.
- International: Delivery typically 7 - 15 business days, depending on destination and customs.
Free Shipping (U.S.)
We offer free standard shipping on U.S. orders over $100 (before tax, after discounts).
International Shipping
- PERCU ships worldwide via trusted carriers.
- Duties, taxes, and customs fees are the customer’s responsibility.
- Delays caused by customs are outside our control.
- Warranty/returns are valid only in the country of purchase. International customers should contact their authorized distributor for support.
PO Boxes, APO/FPO/DPO
Some carriers cannot deliver to PO Boxes or APO/FPO/DPO addresses. If applicable, please provide a physical address at checkout.
Order Tracking
- Tracking may take up to 24 hours to update after shipment.
- If tracking shows delivered but you can’t locate your package, check with neighbors/building management and then contact the carrier.
Damaged, Missing, or Lost Packages
- If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, email info@percuusa.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number, photos of packaging, and item(s).
- For suspected loss in transit, contact us so we can assist in filing a carrier claim.
Address Accuracy
Please confirm your shipping address at checkout. Orders returned due to incorrect or undeliverable addresses may incur reshipment fees.
