At PERCU, we stand behind the quality of our tools. Every pair of professional shears and razor handles comes with a lifetime warranty against manufacturer defects. Other PERCU products, including accessories and air dusters, carry a 1-year warranty.
What’s Covered
- Manufacturer defects in materials or workmanship.
- Mechanical failure under normal professional use.
- Issues with handles, screws, or other essential hardware.
What’s Not Covered
- Normal wear and tear (dull blades, cosmetic scratches, etc.).
- Damage from misuse, negligence, improper maintenance, or unauthorized repairs.
- Impact, water, or alteration damage.
- Sharpening performed by anyone other than PERCU will automatically void the warranty.
Service Fee
A $24.95 processing fee applies to all warranty claims. This covers two-way shipping and handling costs. If your claim is approved, PERCU will repair or replace your item at no additional charge.
